K.V. Ustad College organized a Faculty Appraisal Program on 29 November 2025 as part of its ongoing efforts to improve teaching standards and strengthen academic quality.

The event was inaugurated by the College Secretary, Dr. M. N. Muhammedunni A/S Musthafa, who attended as the Chief Guest. In his keynote address, he highlighted the significance of regular faculty evaluation and professional development to ensure excellence in academic delivery.

Principal Dr. Hashim Thadathi, Manager P.V. Muhammed Moulavi, and Academic Coordinator Anwar Sadhath Hudavi also participated in the program. They shared insightful remarks on teaching effectiveness, academic discipline, and the importance of maintaining a student-centered learning environment.

The appraisal session focused on reviewing faculty performance in areas such as lesson planning, classroom engagement, academic contribution, and professional growth. Constructive feedback and suggestions were offered to help faculty members enhance their instructional methods and overall effectiveness.
