First Day Induction Programme Held for First-Year Students at K.V. Ustad Memorial College

An induction programme was organized for first-year degree students at K.V. Ustad Memorial Darul Hidaya Arts & Science College.The programme commenced with a welcome session led by the College Principal, Dr. Hashim Thadathil, who introduced the institution and its faculty members across various departments to the newly admitted students.

To create awareness about the Four-Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUGP), the College Vice Principal, Jishad Arakkal, conducted an informative session for the students. This was followed by department-wise orientation programmes organized under the leadership of each department.

As part of the programme, a fun and engaging football goal challenge titled “Kick and Win: Get Prizes Challenge” was conducted under the leadership of the college alumni, Najeeb and Mubi. The enthusiastic participation of students added great energy and excitement to the event. The induction programme proved to be highly beneficial in helping the new students familiarize themselves with college life and gain a clear understanding of the academic opportunities available to them.
